Booking policy

Reservations & payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after the required non-refundable reservation fee is received.
• The reservation fee is deducted from your total service balance.
• The remaining balance is due on the scheduled service date unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional services requested on the event date are subject to availability and corresponding charges.

Rescheduling & cancellation

• Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible and remain subject to availability.
• If we are unavailable on the new preferred date, the reservation fee is forfeited.
• Reservation fees and down payments are non-refundable.
• Cancellations 15 days or less before the event are charged 30% of the remaining balance. Cancellations within 7 days are charged 50% of the total amount.

Travel & on-location service

Travel fees may apply based on your event location. Parking, toll, accommodation, and early call-time fees may also be charged when applicable.

Client preparation

• Arrive on time or be available at your scheduled location.
• Have a clean face, free of makeup whenever possible.
• Ensure hair is clean and completely dry before hairstyling.
• Tell us in advance about skin allergies or sensitivities.

Photo consent

We may photograph or record our work for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer not to have your images shared, kindly tell us before your appointment.
